How to Order Free Brochures to Your Clients
Please note: The brochure ordering process below is currently for the 2026 River Cruise Brochure. The 2027 River Cruise Brochure will be available to order after August 7, 2026. Please check back after that date to order 2027 brochures for your clients.
- Simply click the button above or click here to visit the Brochure order site.
- Enter your IATA/CLIA/ARC number to access the site. Please note: Our office will not keep this number on file.
- When in the system, click on the image under "Mail Brochures to Your Clients"
- Enter your client's info, your agent info, and then select the 2026 River Cruise Brochure on the top of the page. The image on the right will pre-populate with the information you've entered. You can toggle between pages one and two to view the personalized letter that will be sent along with the Brochure.
- Once you've entered all required information, add the Brochure to your cart. You can repeat the process to send Brochures to more clients.
- When you've finished, click "Proceed to Checkout" and then click "Place Order". The complimentary Brochures will be ordered and sent directly to your clients!
